Q. Do we guarantee response times?

A. With traffic congestion an every increasing problem in most urban areas it would be unwise to guarantee response times. However, we continually monitor response times both locally and nationally and are always seeking innovative solutions to reduce these times even further. In most major cities we utilise motorcycles during peak periods.

Q. How long a contract do I have to sign up for?

A. Our standard contract normally is a period is twelve months. However, we do have a number of other options available to suit most requirements, three month, Six months or short-term temporary contacts.

Q. How do I pay for the service?

A. callout charges invoiced as they occur. Charges for our patrol services are invoiced monthly in advance. For your added convenience we would recommend all your payments to be made by direct debit or cheques.

Q. How much notice do I need to give to terminate the contract?

A. We normally require three months notice. However, if you require a shorter notice period we would be happy to discuss this with you prior to the contract start.

Q. How many sets of keys do you require?

A. One set is usually sufficient. However, in certain areas we believe we can enhance response times by allocating a second set of keys.

Q. Can you arrange emergency repairs to my property following an intrusion?

A. Yes, we can either contact your own repair company and make the arrangements on your behalf or alternatively we have our own list of approved national companies who we can call on 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Q. How does the customer know if random checks are being carried out?

A. Our Checkpoint Electronic devices are completely secure and cannot be tampered with in any way. The computer printouts are checked every morning to ensure that the officers have keyed in at all of our client sites. Patrol reports and computer print outs can be provided at the client's request

Q. What happens if my alarm is activated?

A. In the first instance, the key holder will be contacted. If they are not available a Security Officer will come and check the premises. This will incur an initial call out charge.
