All our staff are fully trained, qualified and with certification in providing security services. They have all successfully completed “Awareness” training. Our staff are “individuals”, sensible and intelligent & are Sia Registered
All our security employees are highly experienced, well trained and certified in their areas of expertise and each staff member has a substantial, proven track record.
Red Guard staff are set aside from normal security staff as they are trained and encouraged to think on their feet. Part of their training and development involves participating in “role play situations” and identifying risks before an incident takes place.

- Located in Bradford West Yorkshire
- Responsible for all aspects of developing new business for The RGS Group
- The ideal candidate is likely to already be an established developer of new business, preferably in the service sector.
All candidates must be able to evidence:
- Desire to Succeed
- Professional, customer focused approach
- Track record of developing new business
- Good IT skills
- Numeracy
- Excellent presentation skills

Franchisees operate in a geographic territory usually areas are based on 'Yellow Pages' coverage.
The Franchise operates as 'Red Guard Security Services' in the chosen area - sales calls can be routed directly or handled by our sales team at head office.
Red Guard Control Room operates all night and is used by the Franchisees to manage security officers on static sites, and deal with alarm call outs.
